A gut remodel of this existing one-story home centers the kitchen in family life and allows a more open flow between living spaces, the front courtyard, and the rear yard.
A small 2nd Story family room & office addition —nicknamed the ‘Tree House’ — features an oblique window wall facing Mt Tam, where this active young family likes to recreate.
