Ground-up single-family home and adjacent garage & guesthouse in Marin County, CA
Karl was Project Architect for this home while with DNM Architecture.
The site required a lot of careful work to deal with the slope and to provide access. We used a proprietary cold-formed steel framing system in-part due to being in a woodland-urban interface high fire severity zone.
